I wish there was a device that had the same form-factor as an android phone, touch screen and pocket-sized, but without any of the wireless networking capabilities, and ideally without the camera and mic too. Still would need a usb-c port though. Does such a device exist for sale?

I work in education. The use-case here is to buy a bunch of these devices, load Desmos (or any other computational software) onto them, and hand them out to students for exams. We're still trying to undermine the Texas Instruments chokehold on the calculators-for-school market.
