I transferred .com domain to wix from another domain registrar, paid for transfer and additional year of domain from my bank card, they blocked account, requested passport and bank card photo via email, and after I provided them document and bank card photo they rejected to reactivate account, so I don't have access to my domain anymore and can't withdraw it to another registrar.

At this time, we would advise reaching out to ICANN directly or continuing communication with ICANN in order to retrieve the domain.
