I built Aion, an “AI longevity coach” that integrates three data sources that are usually siloed:
Wearable data (e.g., Whoop, Oura, Apple Health: sleep, HRV, strain)
Blood tests (hormones and basic longevity markers)
Simple phone-based facial scans
