I started this project 3 weeks ago with the goal of finishing before I start a new job tomorrow. I didn't meet the goal, but it's a pretty decent start. Scrappy is a CLI code assistant the runs entirely on free tier providers.

I'm sure my dev velocity will slow down now, but I'll keep at it. Please clone, fork, hack away!
