I also have an enterprise org that pays them monthly, that I can not access now (though others still can luckily).
I received an e-mail about education benefits re-verification (I didn't even know I had education benefits), and a notice that I had 30 days to submit re-verification to keep getting the benefits, and then along with the email my account was suspended. It says I asked for the benefits in the 2010s, which if I did I do not remember now, do not recall seeing the benefits on my account, and I was not using them. Regardless, the e-mail says I have 30 days to either re-verify or opt out of the benefits or I lose them, but instead they just suspended my entire account?
I'm very confused about what's going on, and it's problematic because I can not access the work of a company I have co-founded, or any of my open source projects ... And waiting months for a resolution is just not an option.

So somehow, something got triggered that sent people (at least myself) and e-mail if we had Github for Education at some point in the 2010s to re-verify within 30 days even if you weren't actively enrolled, while simultaneously suspending the account.
If anyone from Github or Microsoft reads this, please reply and let me know what can be done, as this definitely feels like an error on Github's part.
