The most entertaining aspect of enforcement here would be watching the methods they use to trace back to owner/controller of tracking devices.
It’s sort of like, yeah, you can look tough by legislating against drones all you want, but when we get around to identifying one that’s in violation, where’s its master? And how did you arrive at such a conclusion?
