As a substitute, a good equivalent might simply be old-fashioned movie vignettes from times before wide-screen dimensions and high resolutions were common, plus without color, in only black & white it should be LoFi by any measure.
No way that "Three" would be enough Stooges to be comparable by far though ;)
It's in the tradition of ChilledCow/LoFi Girl. It's a minimally-animated Commander-in-Chief, sitting in the Oval Office signing EOs. Meanwhile, on the right hand side, there's a crawl of promises and how he's kept them so far in the administration.
LoFi music as promised. It's not a bad channel. Just another lightning rod for the haters.
