I built VizDiff, a streamlined visual regression testing tool specifically designed for Storybook components. I found existing services like Chromatic powerful, but often too feature-heavy or costly for smaller teams and bootstrapped startups.

VizDiff simplifies automated screenshot testing—capturing component snapshots in CI, clearly highlighting pixel-level visual changes, and helping teams catch UI regressions before they reach production.

My main goal was accessibility and ease of integration for small teams or solo devs who need effective visual testing without the overhead.
