i wonder if working less improves happiness and thus productivity during the hours of work

from 8hr work days to 7.5hr work days - seems like they're toying with peoples emotions [i can see the bureaucrats and business folks not wanting change, fearful of "loss" - and i can see workers wanting more time off with no change in pay]

im still waiting for 6 or 7 hrs a day tops, 4 days a week as the max (plus, of course include commute as working hours)
