I experienced the Touch Bar flickering issue last week. I tried many ways and even contacted Apple support. They told me to send my MBP to a repair shop. I accidentally accessed this troubleshooting guide and tried some of the methods. Unexpectedly! My issue is resolved. Share it with you if you have encountered a similar trouble.
