Is the removal of the word "massive" from the headline some kind of paternalistic censorship of editorial color, or was the word missing from the site at one point?

At some point, current NK's regime will fall. After that, will NK IT sector quickly find its place in the wider world? (I mean: legal, trusted / respected etc). Or will its ties to current NK regime attach a "black sheep" stigma to anything/anyone IT related from NK, for decades afterwards? What do you think?

Btw: there's 2 aspects there: how quick NK IT workers (or companies) would "turn legit", and how outside world would view/treat them as such.
