I love how you can have articles with titles confidently claiming "Intelligence on Earth Evolved Independently at Least Twice", stating it as if it's fact, then immediately contradict themselves within the article by inserting weasel words like it "likely" happened, all based on an underlying paper that states that it's "unclear" whether it evolved independently, claiming they have some amount of evidence for it, but that evidence is behind a paywall and thus I just have to trust a random online magazine "journalist" to interpret the paper and evidence for me. A+ effort for all involved.
