My wife is in the experience business of running a riding academy but she's always been low key about marketing and she sure as hell would not want to be on a platform like AirBNB. Her current customers, of all ages, races and creeds, see what she offers as something really special and if it was some fungible "experience" that you could choose from a list. It has an impact, she thinks, on whether people will sue you if they fall off, whether they will no show or be late and whether they will make it right if they do.
