This article appears to be written by someone with no understanding of the value of soft skills. It encourages engineers to think derisively about their coworkers and the value of their work, especially if that work doesn't consist of pumping out lines of code.

> What does that even mean? He doesn’t know. You don’t know. Nobody knows. But he said it with confidence, and now everyone’s nodding like it's genius.

The author assumes "he doesn't know, nobody knows" what the things that come out of his mouth mean. But then why are you apparently also silently nodding, author? Why not ask what it means? A lot of assumption and projection here and not a lot of communication skills on display.
