Execute?

An executive manages the leaders,an executive manages the strategy, an executive prioritizes what needs growth management or transformation. Any person with a mandate for decisions that can affect all of the company is an executive.

At a previous job, one of the executives spent most of his day playing Facebook games (i think Farmville was still big at the time), and another watched porn on his work laptop.

At my current and last job, the (operational and finance) executives spent most of their days in meetings. The legal and HR executives spent most of their days browsing the internet.
