Barnes and Noble, your one job is to exchange customer money for the products you're selling.

You failed at that.

Attempting to buy two magazines for about $40 with a debit card: some kind of system error. They were literally unable to take my money. For the record, there was over $100k balance on the account in question. Let the Moorestown NJ store explain it, it made no sense to me.

To misquote Charles Babbage, "I am not able rightly to apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke a company into believing it can succeed without being able to accept customer's money."
