Show HN: I built a SaaS that lets you create digital manuals with drag and drop

https://chyrid.com/
6•NicoBeere•8mo ago
My best friend and I developed a SaaS last month while working full-time: Chyrid (chyrid.com). It’s a tool for creating digital manuals without design or coding skills. Users build structured, polished documents with a drag-and-drop editor, and Chyrid handles the formatting—without using AI. We built it because most documentation tools are either too complex or too unstructured. A company is already using it for onboarding and process docs, but we’re still figuring out how to position it and who finds it most useful. Would love any thoughts on potential use cases or feedback on the concept. If you want to try it out, we’d really appreciate your input.

Congratulations on this; Love how clean the UI is. How are you getting early users?
NicoBeere•8mo ago
Hey, thanks so much!

At the moment, we have only a few users, and Chyrid is currently being used by just one company we've been working with for a while. We're also in touch with some friends who work in other companies and are interested in using Chyrid for onboarding purposes.

Today, we also launched Chyrid on Product Hunt. Right now, we're mainly focused on gathering initial feedback and improving the software. Once we’ve refined it further, we’re considering running ads to reach a wider audience.

I think you've identified a good pain point here. Do you have plans on your road map for imports and exports of the manuals? Starting fresh in your system seems like a clean workflow, but for my day job we would need to be able to take existing manuals and convert them. The idea of an easy conversion from antiquated to digital would be great selling point I think. Best of luck!
NicoBeere•8mo ago
Hey, thanks so much for your great feedback! At the moment, it's unfortunately not possible to import existing manuals, but it’s a fantastic idea and already on our to-do list as an important future feature. In the current version, we haven't focused on it yet, mainly because it's quite a complex task. Since a clean and polished design is really important to us, we need high-performance functionality to analyze existing manuals and convert them into our style. But it’s definitely a feature we're excited about and plan to integrate soon!
