I'm surprised more people aren't talking about this. Yesterday security.ubuntu.com and archive.ubuntu.com were also having issues. My builds were failing all day.

We are now evaluating using internal artifactory mirrors for ubuntu repos in our CI/CD pipelines to be resilient towards these outages.
