I built Plan Harmony because trip planning—especially with friends or family—kept turning into a mess. We’d juggle group chats, scattered Google Docs, random links, and always miss something. I wanted a tool to help structure an itinerary, suggest smarter options, and keep everyone on the same page—without feeling like work.
The idea: most travel tools either hit you with generic “Top 10 things in Rome” lists or dump everything into a calendar/map with no real structure. I wanted something in between—something that helps you actually plan a coherent trip across days, cities, logistics, and energy levels.
What Plan Harmony does:
Visual itinerary builder across multiple days and locations
Add flights, hotels, activities, notes—everything in one place
Shareable, read-only trip links for friends or travel partners
Google Calendar sync so you don’t miss that 5 a.m. flight
It’s web-based and with a free option. Still early, but I’ve used it for a few real trips, and it’s made planning much easier.
Would love feedback on:
Anything confusing or missing?
First-use experience—what feels off?
What would make this worth using regularly?
