What do they mean by "containerized"? I can't find anything explaining what that means. All I can find is descriptions of New York switching from trash bags to dumpsters, but that's long been normal in the rest of the US, as well as much of the world. What are they doing that no other US neighborhood is doing? the article mentions that the dumpsters are locked, but that's normal anywhere with a large bear population.
