I remember reading in a post on a reddit sub a year ago that someone was looking for websites where he can purchase MVPs or unfinished projects in order to give them a try & monetize them. I didn't find any website specifically dedicated to this niche of projects.
I think all of us have at least a couple of "dead" projects which we won't ever touch again and are just gathering virtual dust. So if you have this kind of projects (or if you're looking to buy some), take a few minutes of your time and put up a listing, maybe you'll get lucky :) Currently the website isn't monetized, there aren't any ads nor promotions.
