The Domino's analogy is clear, but it oversimplifies a very complex system.

Pizzas are delivered FIFO, healthcare isn’t. Patients are triaged by urgency, not order. That alone makes "order tracking" way more complicated.

Also, pizza isn’t regulated. Hospitals deal with HIPAA, malpractice risk, and life-or-death consequences. There’s no “free pizza” equivalent if something goes wrong (free tombstone, maybe?)

Transparency is important, and healthcare providers are striving to improve, but it’s not a fair 1:1 with food delivery.
