Show HN: 3 Times Meet – Proactive AI Meeting Facilitator

https://3xmeet.net
1•Co_d012•4h ago
Hi HN, we’re Ethan and Richard — both technical founders who’ve spent way too many hours in meetings that felt... like they could have been half as long.

While building products in school, internships, and early-stage teams, we noticed something frustrating: Tools like Otter.ai and Fireflies give you a transcript after the meeting — but no one was helping us during the meeting, when it actually matters.

So we started interviewing startup founders, remote team leads, and project managers. Here’s what we heard over and over:

Meetings often drift or stall, and no one feels comfortable steering them back on track.

People waste time pausing to look things up mid-call — breaking flow.

Everyone leaves with different understandings, and “action items” often fall through the cracks.

We built 3×Meet, a real-time voice AI that joins your meetings and:

Gently intervenes when discussion goes off-track

Answers live questions by pulling from internal docs and the web

Surfaces next steps, clarifies confusion, and keeps the meeting moving

Unlike other tools that act after the fact, ours is built to participate in the moment. We support Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams — and we’re multilingual.

You can try the live demo here: https://3xmeet.net

We’re in private beta and would love to hear:

What would stop you or your team from trying a tool like this?

Who usually decides what meeting tools get adopted?

What’s the most painful part of your meetings today?

Thanks in advance — we’re learning a lot from every conversation.
