Ask HN: Gaming PM with impact, poor at interviews. How to reach top companies?

2•gogo61•4h ago
I am a product manager working in a gaming company. I am very passionate about my work, and apart from my work, I have been spending 5+ hours every day reading and researching about the games.

Now, my success rate of experiments is higher than my peers' and even the founders' (confirmed by them).

Now the problem is I am very bad at cracking interviews. It will be around 1 in 30 interviews.

In my country, the number of games is very few. And, in the past 1 year, I have been rejected by most of them.

My question is how shall I approach top gaming companies across the world to get a good job and make an impact? My current company doesn't pay much.
