Built Mesh2Splat as a fast and straightforward way to convert 3D meshes into 3D Gaussian splats (3DGS). It's basically an adapted UV space splatting technique, and because of this, it's quite fast (0.5ms conversion time on average depending on the model).
It’s designed for speed and simplicity, no training. Converter supports .glb/.glTF meshes as input.
