On the other side of the spectrum, race theories on Black people were the same bullshit; up to the point that a Francoist woman in the 60's stated in a paper than the African Black people weren't neither dumb nor inferior, but oddly educated by harmful tribal customs in their childhood; tribal women didn't pay enough attention to the communicative needs of their children, it wasn't a thing in their culture.

It just happened that the Capitalist bosses from the West didn't want educated African people, but a dumb and cheap workforce with just enough skills to do their job.
