I suspect that wind turbine blades are far too heavy to be used in this way.

Wouldn’t it just be all left wings, and no right ones? Obviously, the natural solution is windmill blade helicopters. You could use large blades for the main rotor and smaller ones for the tail rotor, or go with a chinook style dual rotor system. Or better yet, an epic 1/2 kilometer quadrotor!

Or, maybe, for a solution that isn’t totally insane and doesn’t ignore the pesky little problems of physics, and actually could potentially deliver blades to where they are needed without extremely extensive road preparation and ridiculous trucks: why not use zeppelins instead? They can be long as you want, and could carry the blades externally, lowering them to the ground on cables.
