Sad. Of the ones listed in the table, I pay most attention (if any at all) to Slow Boring because the writing is confusing (or, confused, it's hard to tell :)

Iglesias seems to be onto (or on?) something

Funny I thought Substack leaned right-wing but that list is heavy on center-left blogs, even the conservatives (The Bulwark) are anti-Trump. Even the Trump (Mary) is anti-Trump.

It’s been fun to see Freddie deBoer pick fights with Matthew Yglesias now that he’s in his manic phase (Freddie says he’s bipolar, which unlike a claim autism or ADHD, I believe) and not making a lot of sense.

Hmmm, might be worth figuring out why (in general) left-of-center sub pubs, and right-of-center sub streams.

Bipolar makes sense-- but if local charts are any guide, there is so much noise that pareidolia is required to make any diagnosis. Fwiw whatever bipolar afflicts me seem to have a cycle of hours it's interesting to see cycles* of days or months (or if 2 writers might sync up)

*beats? Depending also on whethers posts are pub'd consistently on "highs" or "lows"
