Cyber-gubi – your basic income for the cyber age

Time to share what I have been working on for the past 6 months after a year of ideation.

In these troubling times where more than 1 million people have been layed-off in the tech sector it's time for the community to take things into its own hands.

Meet Cyber-gubi - your basic income for the cyber age.

Community owned, lead and driven.

Here is why everybody wins by embracing it and how to use it:

Citizens should not be merely surviving with or without a regular job, they should by all means have a normal life. They can devote to their passion projects or work part-time and have a much better work-life balance.

Businesses have a new parallel economy to conquer and make profits of. New business models emerge based on all-in-one subscriptions which drastically reduce costs and head count.

Governments have a new stream of tax revenue to collect and enhance public infrastructure.

How to adopt it in real life:

Register with your face bio-metrics. They are irreversibly hashed and stored in a distributed public database. Your bio-metrics is your data. No one owns it and you can delete it anytime.

Visit cyber-gubi during any of the last 3 days of each month to collect your basic income. There is an inflation indexer which analyzes transactions and adjusts income for next month correspondingly.

Once you have accumulated some cyber-gubi casually start mentioning it to merchants you buy from locally. Explain the concept and how they benefit from it.

Businesses sign up in a wait-list. When there is enough businesses to form a balanced market economy the system opens and they start arbitraging between pricing and salaries paid in cyber-gubi. See docs for more details. Spread the word with business associations and local councils. Convince authorities to accept cyber-gubi as a tax method.

Introduce new business model based on circular economy and all-in-one subscriptions for consumption while cutting costs along the supply chain.

Governments prove their identity and register in the system to start collecting taxes.

Cyber-gubi is non-speculative and not-exchangeable for any currency. It's only application is as utility and use-value. This allows it to be injected into the real economy without causing inflation. When fiat is scarce and crypto is speculative cyber-gubi solves both problems at once.

Avoid the next Great Depression by actually constructing your own system instead of waiting for centralized organizations to impose their solutions on you.

Interesting. I kinda weird out by the face id tho. So the idea is that an actual fingerprint of my face is used to make sure I only claim it once.

What if I just generate faces with AI and use them? How could a system prevent that?

I wouldn't feel comfortable with a hash of my face on a public server. Even if it's just a hash.

"What if I just generate faces with AI and use them? How could a system prevent that?"

There are techniques to detect movement etc.

"I wouldn't feel comfortable with a hash of my face on a public server. Even if it's just a hash."

All central servers already have not only your data but also monitor your habits daily and you are fine with that because you simply don't know it.
