Just fucking give normal people access to the MLS. This wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the weird license thing. Zillow wouldn't even have a product if it weren't for that stupidity.

That's not the problem. Compass wants to keep their listings off the MLS. These kinds of private listings are usually (but not always) for the benefit of very wealthy clients who don't want their buying and selling to be public info.
