I'm Alex, a student founder building Peako, a lightweight AI tool that gives startup founders instant clarity on what their team is working on—without needing constant check-ins.
The problem: In fast-moving early-stage teams, it’s hard for founders to stay in sync with what’s actually happening across dev, marketing, sales, etc. Status meetings interrupt flow, tools are siloed, and most updates are noisy or outdated.
What we built:
Peako connects to your team’s existing tool stack (GitHub, Notion, Slack, Trello, etc.) and automatically generates a daily performance update that tells you:
Who’s working on what
Who’s blocked and needs help
Where momentum is building (and where it’s stalled)
It’s like having a smart operations layer that quietly tracks team progress and sends you the signal, not the noise.
Who it’s for:
Small startup teams (typically <20 people), especially founders juggling product, GTM, and team management.
Why I built it:
I’ve seen early teams spend hours trying to get visibility into progress—either micromanaging or flying blind. Peako aims to offer an alternative that’s calm, contextual, and automated.
Would love any feedback on:
The core idea (do you feel the pain?)
Whether it’s actually useful vs. just another dashboard
Here’s a link if you want to check it out or join the waitlist: www.trypeako.com
Happy to answer questions or go deeper into how it works.
