If I gave an honest answer to this, I'd probably get kicked off of HN. Let's just say that I do not think highly of people who lie on their resumes.

Not ignoring the ethics, but - "interview" != "job offer", and "job offer" != "keep job".

Plus, consider the sort of co-workers, manager, and work environment you might have, at a place which doesn't bother to check.
