I’ve just launched the landing page for a startup I’m building called Property Partners — a real estate co-investment platform that connects landowners (or builders) with small investors to jointly fund land development projects.
The problem:
Landowners often struggle to raise capital for construction or JV projects.
Small investors want to invest in real estate but can’t afford large commercial deals or don't trust existing options.
What Property Partners does:
Landowners can list their land/project.
Investors browse verified listings and contact owners directly.
No tokenization, no middlemen — just direct deals and co-investment potential.
Right now, the product is at the waitlist stage, and I’m gathering early interest from both builders and investors. I’d love your feedback on the idea, or even better — brutal honesty on what seems risky or unclear.
Would you use something like this? Why or why not? All thoughts welcome
