Show HN: Gemini Bookmarks – Bookmark and tag responses in Gemini conversations

https://github.com/nrednav/gemini-bookmarks
1•comestrelas•4h ago
Hi everyone, I spent the past week building an extension that would let me bookmark responses in Gemini conversations and I think it's now in a state that's ready to be shared.

I found myself frequently losing interesting tidbits in conversations and having to keep scrolling up and down the page to find them, so I decided to create an extension that would let me: a) bookmark stuff, and b) scroll to the bookmarked stuff.

One thing led to another and I ended up adding a lot more extra features than I'd anticipated (e.g. tagging, copying a bookmarked response's text, persisting bookmarks per conversation, viewing bookmarked responses from any location in the conversation, even stuff that's out of view).

The extension is completely free and open-source.

Links: - Chrome: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/gemini-bookmarks/jm... - Firefox: (Pending approval, but you may still build and run it yourself by following the instructions in the README)

Hope some of you find it useful!
