@EU: check it in the time of 3 days* and just fine them preventive until they fix it in case its again against rules OR if there is a possibility of one "wrong" in what apple want to do. Corporations and some individuals walking on earth only start to understand if it hurts and pains...

If apple don't like it, then they should leave the market. There are enough users outside of EU.
