This paper presents a novel method of defining and measuring Consciousness with a descriptive model of it, trying to encompass all it's aspects in a definite and objective manner with an attempt at reaching a coherence between them

The methods of measuring complexity might be able to do better with a refinement,one possibility has been conjectured within the paper using a thought experiment
