I just learned this the hard way, unfortunately.

I upgraded to Team to increase my rate limits and merged my old Plus account over months ago. No warnings about irrevocable loss of data exportability when they took the money, of course...

Now that I need a copy of my chats, they're playing dumb and it's just "not available" for Team for some reason? When it's available for Free, Plus, AND Pro?!

What sense does that make?!
