i have used iphone ios color filters often for global readability control and wanted to make an app using some of the accessibility functions of apples api but cant seem to determine if its feasible

essentially i have been considering a matrix wall/live visual wall app that could have basic visual features on a top layer of the "system" for vj/live visuals in a performative environment similar to resolume. it could have pixel grid, color cycling, zoom controller, feedback echo, pixel sin, saw, smooth overlays etc. could someone help me to confirm that there would be enough access to the accessibility api functions for this to be even possible?

an example would be a dj playing a youtube music track and controlling visual features with their fingers/osd overlay controls
