It's funny to see EULAs venture into the territory of "yo do some work for us".

EULAs seem more like lawyer wet dreams where anything goes.

More and more often ELUAs seem more legally absurd all the time, how many am I subject to right now? I have no idea / reasonable way to know? I can't understand most of them and they change all the time ...

Why not? Worked for the entire ad industry. My machine is expected to play arbiter between site owner and advertiser to ensure I see it.
