In a world of startups moving at lightning speed, most technical problems aren't new; they are echoes of past challenges with a new technological face. My name is Adán Caldera, and at 54, I have spent my career (spanning nearly three decades), in the trenches of every one of these transformations.
My value lies not just in the technologies I command today, but in the deep understanding of the innovation cycles I have actively navigated: from mainframes and Y2K to the web, mobile, and now AI.
