Unless I'm missing something, as cute as this app is, it's blatant copyright infringement and the author has no legal right to distribute the video files that power this.

The author should strip out all the copyright material and provide instructions or a script to assist people who have the needed assets from Microsoft Plus! with putting the video files where they need to go.
