Looks like the lightweight subset service for Microsoft SQL Server is getting discontinued. Apparently the ARM support was already discontinued. It was for a while a go-to option for local development (via Docker) for M1 based Macs and other ARM computers needing to target Microsoft SQL Server.
That said, I've been pushing towards PostgreSQL which is better in many ways and more broadly supported at much lower price points across most cloud providers. With the total lack of ARM support, it's a no brainer at this point.
