Ask HN: One week to get up to speed with AI

I'm stuck alone in a country due to circumstances out of my control. What updated course does HN recommend to get working with AI as a practitioner? Maybe end up writing a simple LLM from scratch? Would be nice to include GPU hardware basics as I am a computer engineer
