The author seems to have some interesting OS projects, and also his own PL, which seems to be used by the author for his Serenum OS, but many questions remain open (e.g. what's the architecture of the kernel, how does it releate to known kernel architectures and what's the specific advantage, same questions for the PL). Interestingly, no references to other work at all; the author even seems to use his own terminology.
