Dear Hacker News Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m writing to inform you that I am currently unable to submit my company’s new demo and product updates on Hacker News. I have already added my email ID, but I would like to check if there is anything else I should follow or steps I might have missed to resolve this issue.

Could you kindly assist me with this matter or provide guidance on any additional requirements?

Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Jtsummers•2h ago
They may see this, but they've explicitly said in the past they don't monitor comments and submissions for messages directed at them. There's a contact email link at the bottom of every (or nearly every) page here on HN, that's how you should ask for help.

People who repeatedly spam articles from the same blog over and over again find that their postings start out [dead]. Turn on the "showdead" flag on your profile so you can see this happening.

If you want to post to Hacker News be part of the community and post links to sites that aren't your own. Self-promotion is fine, but it has to be in the context of somebody who is interested in more than just themselves.
