Wat the weird-o theory is that about?
I swear it's just policy by corruption and/or whatever came across this guy's twitter feed.
In practice, rural areas tend to be Republican, and routinely object to things that Democrats want just because they want it. I have no idea if even a single farmer has actually been kicked out in favor of solar panels.
But we know he is being disengenuous. Before the election he invited oil company executives and owners to Mara Lago and told them if they donated to his reelection he would make it worth their while.
