When will we focus on their intentional obfuscation of accident data when their "FSD" is at fault?
There is nothing sane about Tesla, from their valuation to their marketing-only Full Self Drive, to the Nazi that is the face of Tesla. The Tesla crash is going to devastate the fanboi investors.
Tesla removed the turn signal stalk from the updated 3, then a year later, after customers complained, their "fix" is to sell those same customers a new stalk mod, that Tesla never should have removed, for $300+.
Why anyone still buys a Tesla, I'll never understand.

Whatever the government does, a judge just OK’ed class actions against Tesla for their lies about AP/FSD.
They’re worth a LOT of money. You know lawyers are salivating hard.

Mango just had a civil case's penalty rejected as excessive under the 8th amendment. That penalty was the sum of MoneyCollectedFromFraud + interest and yet, it was deemed excessive.
There is legal wrangling that's more complex, but the above is what occurred, regardless of legal twists.
How many fines in your life were deemed excessive?
Same here.

This appears to be about not reporting crashes under AP/FSD as required.
Lying about the data available, I think, it part of one of the other AP/FSD probes NHTSA is doing.
