Slack didn’t have AI at the time, and what they’ve since launched feels underwhelming.
So for the past two months I’ve been building Basecase, an AI native workspace where agents join team chats, remember context, and turn discussions into action.
No need to @ the agent. The agent will know when to respond. You can toggle that setting. Ask the agent to schedule posts on linkedin Multiple agents could be added who collab with each other (in progress) Upload documents for context
There is a lot in my roadmap to make this a command center for all actions a team needs to take.
I used Pipedream for integrations, ProseMirror for builtin document collaboration, OpenAI for LLMs, and Convex.cloud for the backend.
I’d love feedback from the HN community.
