Would this generic be legal to import into other economies? I don't mean as individuals, I mean for a scheme like the Australian PBS to import this at scale and sell at the discount compared to the Novo Nordisk original, without breach of the IPR in pharma?

A comment made a few months suggests it was probably not a missed renewal so much as a miscalculation.
