What I find incredible is the perpetual motion exit scam they’ve constructed. Tesla made it into an index, which means automatic investing contributions keep pouring it towards keeping the stock price elevated (along with institutional investors holding the single named security). At the same time, insiders have cashed out while Tesla has tried to remove any corporate accountability by moving to Texas and preventing shareholders from bringing suit while clearly perpetuating fraud with FSD and robotaxi claims. Surely a business case study in the future.
